VERIFICATION OF CLAIMS
Equitorial Trust and Finance Bv, reserves the right to cancel any lucky winner that cannot for any reason meet up with the due processes of verification. All winners, instructed by any of our clients, to deal in whole or part, with Equitorial Trust and Finance Bv, will be expected to go through the verification exercise. Personal information will be requested for, if necessary. The winner will be informed by email or fax messages by various lottery about their winnings. In the event that the winner does not claim his or her prize winning within 10 days, the claim may expire. Equitorial Trust and Finance Bv, reserves the right to make public the name and city of the winner unless the winner, after notification, immediately objects. Equitorial Trust and Finance Bv, takes responsibility for the guarantee of production of the prizes but is not liable for the faultiness, durability or safety of the prizes. All prizes that can be sent by postal service will be sent free of charge. If the prize cannot be sent by postal service, the prize shall be picked up in Financial Securities Co, If it is impossible to receive the prize at the time of the verification, Equitorial Trust and Finance Bv, reserves the right to pay the cash winning, by telegraphic transfer. Cash price is net price of the prize and is originated from the suggested lotto houses insured in its real value. Prizewinners will be expected to pay a total processing/ handling charges of 1580 EURO (One thousand, five hundred and eighty euro only) or the equivalent in their respective local currency as the case may be. Payment instructions will be available upon verification of prospective winners. All data is protected. Under the point 6 of these Terms, the data protection provisions are explained in detail.
Conditions If there is a violation of these Terms against lawful regulations, against third parties or other factual, justified reasons,Equitorial Trust and Finance Bv may terminate a uquiser's right to use the service. Equitorial Trust and Finance Bv, reserves the right to further claims .

Jurisdiction
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Nations and any disputes that may arise under or in relation to these Terms between qualified merchants, legal entity or special public assets, shall be subject to the Department of Justice,The Hague of Netherlands
Provision
If any provision of this agreement shall be void or for any reason unenforceable, then the provision that is closest in meaning to the out-of-date provision will come into effect
